Shipping Information
All Electric Scooter are
shipped FREE
within the Continental USA, every
day (except Saturday and Sunday) via UPS Ground Service to a verifiable
shipping address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. Shipping
to Hawaii and Alaska requires an additional fee. It is the responsibility
of the buyer to provide us with accurate and correct billing and shipping
information.
Our shipping cut off is generally around 1:00 PM PST.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will generally ship on the next day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will ship on the following two business
day. All out bound shipping are handled Monday through Friday. We will
e-mail you with a shipping confirmation and your Order's Tacking #. UPS
does not count Saturday or Sunday and the day it ships for ground service.
Please allow 3 business days for CA and FL. Shipments to the East Coast
is 4 days and the Midwest is 1-2 days. All products are shipped from our
Warehouse located in Iowa
Shipping Charge Back Policy
You may be charged for Undeliverable Orders, Cancellations
& Refused Deliveries. An order can be cancelled prior to shipment
but not after the order has left the warehouse. If an order is returned
due to an incorrect address, cancellation after shipment, or refusal of
delivery by the buyer there will be a $35 restocking fee charged, in addition
to shipping cost. If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address,
you will be notified by email and will need to provide us with the correct
delivery location information. There will be a $10 charge applied for
address corrections.
